Reservation Policy
When we receive your reservation notice, we will send you a reservation proposition by e-mail. This proposition is valid for 3 days. To confirm your reservation, you must phone us at 418-589-6576. You will then be asked to provide your reservation number and your credit card number.
Normally, no money is debited from your card. However, if you do not arrive on the planned day, then, the equivalent of 1 day will be debited from your card. If you decide to cancel your reservation, you must do it at least 7 days in advance. This way, no fee will be charged.
